The Northwest Roofers Member Assistance Program (MAP) is available to all roofers and their families at NO COST to you. The MAP offers confidential advice, support, and practical solutions to real-life issues.
Effective February 1, 2024, Northwest Roofers and Employers Health & Security Trust Fund is happy to announce that we have partnered with Uprise Health to provide a Member Assistance Program (MAP) to all Trust participants and their families.
To support the well-being of you and your family, the Trust is offering Uprise Health MAP at no cost to you. This mental health resource service is completely confidential and designed to help you resolve personal problems in the early stages before they become major issues. Uprise Health MAP can offer you a range of clinical options including in-person short-term counseling, text-based support, video and phone support, and online peer support groups.
Uprise Health will work to find the most appropriate counselor or resource to meet your needs on topics such as:
Stress
Aging
Anxiety & Depression
Family Issues
Work Issues
Grief & Loss
Relationships
Substance Abuse
Uprise Health MAP also provides non-clinical, work-life services including legal and financial consultations. Legal and financial professionals can provide guidance on a wide range of issues with free 30-minute consultations and discounted ongoing services.
